With the heavy rain & standing water, any excess water flowing into the Town’s sewer system could cause customers to have sewer backup or slow-moving drains.

Sump pumps, downspouts, &/or yard drains should NOT be connected to the Town’s sanitary sewer lines. If connected, you violate the Town Code. Also, please check your cleanout caps located on the service laterals to make sure they are secured & not missing.
