Notice: When making an online payment, the utility office is not notified of your payment until the following business day. If you are making a payment on disconnect day, please call the office at (317) 485-4044 option 2 or ext. 1000, 1001, or 1002 to make your payment over the phone.
Before you can register for an account you must have received your first bill and paid online in order for you to be in the online system.
